REFUND POLICY
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our side, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and advise on the next steps. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Customised Orders:
Personalised or customised orders are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part.
Delivery Damage:
We are not responsible for damage caused during the delivery process by the courier. Any issues that occur during transit are not eligible for a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Products bought at a discounted price, during promotions, or clearance sales are also non-returnable. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, you must return the original (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Refund Process:
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds may be declined if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
RETURN POLICY

- If you change your mind within 30 days, you can return the item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos showing the issue. This helps us with quality control and to report the matter to the courier. For damaged items, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
